ABOUT THE CLASS

Facilitated by Sandy Troyano and the Bereavement Team

This gentle, three hour nature experience is designed to support those navigating grief with a slow, mindful walk as participants reconnect with the natural world as a source of comfort, presence, and healing.

Through guided invitations, moments of silence, and deep listening, participants are encouraged to honor their personal loss while being held in companionship with the wind, trees, sky, and the more-than-human world.

Thank you for such a beautiful time in nature. What a gift to have your guidance as we took our grief to the trees and rocks. It was a day we will all remember on our healing paths.
– Gloria T.
