ABOUT THE CLASS

Facilitated by Sandy Troyano and the Bereavement Team

This gentle, three hour nature experience is designed to support those navigating grief with a slow, mindful walk as participants reconnect with the natural world as a source of comfort, presence, and healing.

Through guided invitations, moments of silence, and deep listening, participants are encouraged to honor their personal loss while being held in companionship with the wind, trees, sky, and the more-than-human world.
