This is an eight-week class for those who have experienced a loss through physical death and are ready to begin to reinvest in life.
Participants will develop an understanding of the grief process, an awareness of the normal manifestations of grief, and learn to be aware of the cyclical and long-term nature of grief. Each meeting is unique and organic and cannot be reproduced so a commitment to attending all eight weeks is required. By making this commitment, you honor yourself and the SACRED YES by signing up for the class.
