ABOUT THE CLASS

Go on a spiritual journey to explore healing as more than physical. It begins within.

There is a deep connection between belief, body, and inner awareness. We will gently uncover unconscious thoughts or patterns that may be holding you back and learn practices that support your body in moving toward a calmer, more receptive state for healing.

Through guided reflection, embodied exercises, and powerful practices to support your cultivation of a compassionate partnership with your body, you will learn to listen, ask, and trust its wisdom.
