ABOUT THE CLASS

This class is an invitation into the lived spiritual practices of Revolutionary Love.

Using a simple, contemplative framework, we will explore practices of love for others, love for those we struggle with, and love for ourselves. You will gain practical skills that foster greater empathy, resilience, and courageous compassion, enabling you to navigate personal and social challenges more effectively in your daily life.

Through guided spiritual practice, reflection, journaling, and community dialogue, you will deepen your capacity for love and belonging.
