ABOUT THE CLASS

Grief touches every layer of our being.

Whether you have experienced the death of a loved one or a profound life change, tend to loss in a sacred space.

Explore the emotional, spiritual, and practical dimensions of grief, honoring your unique journey. Through guided reflection, shared conversation, and compassionate support, participants are supported in honoring what has been lost while discovering strength and meaning for the path ahead.

INSTRUCTORS

Mile Hi Bereavement Team

The bereavement team works under the direction of Kellie Berry, Director of Pastoral Care and Bereavement Support, and has been specifically trained in providing grief support during times of loss.
