ABOUT THE CLASS

  • This course is centered on the life and teachings of Dr. Viktor Frankl and his philosophy of meaning.

Frankl, who survived in a concentration camp during World War II, had powerful theories about meaning relative to Science of Mind and Spirit.

Explore the three ways Frankl says we experience meaning by looking at our past successes and heartbreaks, especially living the rest of our lives for optimal meaning and joy even amid a world filled with danger and uncertainty.
