Tap into your inner capacity to heal and flourish

You possess an amazing capacity to nourish and heal all aspects of your life. There are inner resources available to you that allow you to flourish and thrive regardless of the situations and challenges you're facing. But, this is the key—utilizing the full capacity of these resources requires awareness. Without awareness, there's no choice, only habitual reactions.

Change, and mastery, also benefit from a specific approach with specific tools that can guide you in the process of cultivating and maintaining awareness of your mental, emotional, and physical states. Mindfulness is this approach.

This workshop serves as an introduction to the process of mindfulness as it specifically applies to your emotional experience of life. In moments of true mindfulness, there is not only awareness but also acceptance, forgiveness, and love.

You'll walk away from this workshop with a deeper understanding of your emotional life and tools to help you further cultivate your awareness and compassion, both for yourself and those around you.

Additionally, this workshop provides a preview of the upcoming four-week emotional balance class beginning in February.
