ABOUT THE CLASS
This workshop gives participants the opportunity to experience and understand grief about the loss of an intimate relationship.
The workshop will allow participants to acknowledge the reality of the breakup or divorce, feel the pain of the loss, shift the relationship with the former spouse/significant other and learn how to cope with the strong feelings and reframe experiences in ways that highlight the gifts of difficult relationships. Participants come away ready to embark on new life experiences.

The Prayer & Care Practitioners works under the direction of Dr. Patty Luckenbach and has been specifically trained and mentored by her in providing support in this area.
